he mandatory elements of the design of the article include:

An abstract is placed in front of the text of the article, fully reflecting the content of the work and its novelty.
Under the annotation are placed with the subtitle “Keywords” from 2 to 8 keywords or phrases that will serve the correct cross-indexing of the article.
The text of the article, including the introduction, the main part of the article, and the conclusion or conclusions. For original research, it is recommended that the structure of the article include a description of the research methodology, research results, discussion of the results, and conclusions.

The list of literature in Latin completely repeats the list of literature for the Russian-language part. When compiling a Russian-language list of references, it is recommended to be guided by Russian GOST R 7.0.5-2008. To compile a list of references (References) in Latin authors can be guided by the standard APA (American Psychological Association), MLA (Modern Language Association), or Harvard.
In the upper left corner of the first page is placed the index for Universal Identification Classification (UDC) and the scientific classification code for the Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) (https://ideas.repec.org/j/index .html)
Illustrations and tables are accompanied by headings, in the captions under the figures explanations of all symbols should be made. The authorship of the data, text, drawings, and ideas that the author received from other sources must be indicated, and they should not be presented as belonging to the author of the publication. Direct citations from the works of other researchers should be indicated by quotation marks and the corresponding link.
If desired, the author can submit an English version of his article. This option will be posted on the English version of the site after publication. Such a publication will contribute to the recognition of the author in the English-speaking environment, increase his rating and citation.
