Abstract
Given the current market situation, it can be said that the environment is quite competitive at the moment, hence it is becoming more and more difficult for large organizations to keep up with the growth rates of large corporations and at the same time maintain and increase profits. The article considers the main methods for assessing competitiveness. The study and analysis of the assessment of competitiveness through these methods contribute to the better performance of the organization.
Accordingly, conducting this analysis is a vital part of any business, as not knowing what the client needs and what competitive advantages competitors have can lead to bankruptcy.
