VOLUNTARY STANDARDS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
Abstract
The use of Sustainable Development Standards (SDSs) is one of the main ways to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the development of global supply chains (GSCs). The purpose of this work was to study the reserves of efficiency improvement from the introduction of voluntary standards of sustainable development. Solving problems during the implementation of the SDSs will help to identify key areas for improving the effectiveness of the implementation of standards.
