THE RELEVANCE OF THE CREATION OF THE SKI CENTER IN ABKHAZIA: THE RESULT OF THE STATE POLICY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL TOURISM OR THE CONSEQUENCES OF MODERN GEOPOLITICS

Abstract

This article deals with the problem of assessing the attractiveness of investments in new projects of the tourism infrastructure of the Republic of Abkhazia due to the lack of reliable information about the factors influencing the efficiency of the tourist and recreational complex. The article touches upon the topic of the influence of the geographical and historical features of the Republic of Abkhazia on the formation of partnerships between neighboring states, as well as the mutual economic benefits of such partnerships. Particular attention is paid to the description of the principles of primary design of a new facility in the tourism industry and the assessment of the relevance of its implementation in the current geopolitical environment.
