DYNAMICS OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA: A CONTRIBUTION TO THE FUTURE

Abstract

This article examines the dynamics of the development of qualified personnel in Russia and their importance for the future development of the country. Special attention is paid to the migration of qualified specialists, as well as the scientific potential they represent. The article examines the importance of the system of postgraduate and doctoral studies in the formation and training of highly qualified personnel, exploring their contribution to the development of the scientific potential of Russia. The dynamics of the development of own qualified personnel in Russia is analyzed, data on the migration of qualified personnel, as well as the number of postgraduates and doctoral students are presented. The indicators of migration processes and the dynamics of "admission - graduation" of highly qualified specialists in modern realities are evaluated. The article also contains an assessment of the personnel potential that has an impact on the development of the country's economy as a whole. Forecasts of further development of the qualified personnel market in the Russian Federation are presented. The results and conclusions presented in the article can be useful for developing strategies and measures aimed at developing scientific potential, as well as attracting and retaining highly qualified specialists in the country.
