DAO IS A MODERN MECHANISM FOR ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS IN INNOVATIVE PROJECTS UNDER EXTERNAL CONSTRAINTS

Abstract

In the context of external restrictions, the attraction of financial resources to finance innovative projects that are not related to the implementation of state interests is put on hold. Today, many companies are looking for new mechanisms to solve this problem, and one of the ways out of this situation is the creation of decentralized autonomous organizations - DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization - DAO). The article is devoted to the study of the main types of DAO, the mechanisms for making managerial decisions in these organizations. The prospects for attracting foreign investment through the DAO in the context of international sanctions are outlined.
