PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the role of public-private partnership instruments in the aspect of the development of the construction industry. Based on the study, it was revealed that now the construction industry is experiencing the influence of negative phenomena in the economy. Its effective development, not least of all, is associated with an increase in the efficiency of public-private partnerships. The author shows the need to develop tools for public-private partnership in the construction industry, based on the identified trends in its development, and proposes a choice of the most relevant model of public-private partnership in this area.
