THE DIGITAL ECONOMY AND ITS IMPACT ON THE LABOR MARKET
Abstract
This article examines the main aspects of the digital economy and its impact on the labor market. We will analyze how digitalization changes the qualification requirements of employees, how enterprises adapt to new conditions and what measures can be taken to mitigate the negative consequences for employees. Special attention is paid to the policy in the field of education and retraining, as well as strategies for regulating the digital labor market aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth and social stability.
