ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HR POLICY OF CJSC "ARDSHINBANK"
Abstract
The article analyzes the advantages and weaknesses of the HR policy in one of the leading innovative banks of the Republic of Armenia – Ardshinbank CJSC. The study revealed that one of the shortcomings of the HR policy, leading to an increase in staff turnover, is the lack of corporate training. A corporate training system for the bank “from scratch” was developed, and an assessment of the necessary costs for the formation of this system was carried out. The main feature of the proposed corporate training system is its “cascade” structure, when employees who have undergone training become coaches and mentors for other employees.
