Abstract

As a basis for the development of innovation in small regions of the country, there is an increasing focus on the Quadruple Helix model, which is a synergy of education, industry, government and the public. This article examines the relevance and effectiveness of this model using the example of stimulating the economic development of small regions of Russia, limited in resources and infrastructure. The input of the study and analysis substantiated the possibilities of adapting the Quadruple Helix model to solve complex problems, taking into account the potential of these regions, stimulating innovative growth and increasing their competitiveness.
