Abstract
The article analyzes the concepts of corporate training. The article considers the fact that training is a key link in personnel management and company achievements. Besides the fact that employees can be trained on the company's product or services, it is also important for many to increase their knowledge of their profile, which will also bear fruit for the organization in which they work. Moreover, if we also consider employee training, for many it is also an important part of life in terms of career growth. In small and medium-sized businesses, as a rule, funds for training are not invested in the same amount as in large businesses. If we're going to talk about importance, then it's also a matter of accessibility, such as the various learning platforms that any business can afford.
