CONTEMPORARY RUSSIAN STUDIES OF HUMAN POTENTIAL AND CAPITAL

Abstract

The paper examines new concepts and modern Russian studies of human potential and capital, including attention to modern theories and concepts in studies of human potential and capital. The structure of human capital and its features in various modern studies are considered. Attention is focused on the fact that at present, employment and career building require not only professional knowledge, but also specific cross-professional skills (innovative and project thinking, multilingualism, ability to work in a team, computer literacy and much more), which a modern person also needs to master.
