THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE CULTURE ON INNOVATION IN THE ORGANIZATION (THE CASE OF TEL-CELL OJSC)
Abstract
In today's environment of rapid technological change and growing competition, the ability to implement innovations has become a decisive factor for the stable development of organizations. Innovative activity depends on both external factors and internal conditions. Among these internal conditions, corporate culture plays a key role. Corporate culture shapes employee behavior, management style, staff involvement and the overall atmosphere that either promotes or hinders the implementation of innovative potential. The purpose of this article is to analyze the corporate culture of TEL-CELL OJSC, a well-known fintech provider in Armenia. Edgar Schein's model was used to analyze the corporate culture at TEL-CELL OJSC.
