CREATION OF AN INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITHIN THE EAEU

Abstract

Existing digital platforms in the EAEU countries demonstrate disparate approaches to project management and document management. For example, document management systems in Kazakhstan and Belarus focus on national standards, which leads to data incompatibilities in cross-border transactions. The analysis showed that the lack of a single digital space significantly slows down the processes of interaction. Developing an integrated system will help eliminate these barriers. The article considers the possibility of creating an integrated project management and document management system within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Against the background of the growing need for coordination of interstate projects, the article analyzes the key aspects of creating a system that could become the basis for effective interaction between government and commercial enterprises involved in EAEU projects. The main challenges and opportunities that participating countries may face when implementing an integrated system are highlighted, including the need to unify regulations, ensure information security, and create conditions for supply chain management.
