Abstract

The article provides an overview of modern practices in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in business analysis. The relevance of the research is due to the transition of companies from descriptive analytics to predictive and prescriptive management models in the context of digital transformation. The paper systematizes key technological areas (machine learning, NLP, computer vision), analyzes industry implementation cases, and provides a comparative description of leading BI platforms with AI elements. Based on the analysis of academic sources and open data from leading consulting agencies, the main trends in the development of intelligent analytics have been identified, including the growth of generative models and the concept of Decision Intelligence. It is concluded that the integration of AI transforms business analysis into a proactive tool for strategic development, but the success of implementation depends on the quality of data, interpretability of models and organizational maturity of the company.
