REAL AFFORDABILITY OF HOUSING IN THE NEIGHBORS OF CAPITAL REGION

Abstract

The real affordability of housing, which takes into account income for a family of three people - two able-bodied and one child, taking into account the cost of living in the regions neighboring Moscow and Moscow region - Vladimir, Kaluga, Ryazan, Tver and Tula regions is considered in the article. The acquiring possibility of housing of various sizes in the primary and secondary markets is considered. The alternative option of acquiring housing in own region, taking into account labor migration in Moscow and obtaining higher salary are analyzed.
