FEATURES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF INCREASING EDUCATION PRODUCTIVITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
This article examines the key prerequisites for the creation and implementation of a digital educational environment in the context of the current educational policy of the Russian Federation. It addresses three fundamental issues that underlie the development of a digital educational environment: the requirements of digital transformation of the education system, organizational and pedagogical shortcomings identified during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to improve educational productivity within the framework of industry-specific programs. It also discusses the specifics of implementing BYOD technology and addressing the significant gap in general educational attainment between students enrolled in programs of varying lengths.
