DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS IN MANAGING THE PERFORMANCE OF RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The article examines the use of digital communications in managing research organizations. The existing monitoring system includes individual indicators of information activity, but their quantitative assessment does not always characterize the demand for research results. The authors propose supplementing internal control with indicators of information performance, engagement, reputation and trust, and conversion performance. Particular attention is paid to the transition from an information contact to practical interaction with a potential partner. The proposed indicators can be used when adjusting the strategy of a research organization without expanding mandatory reporting.
