CHARACTERISTICS OF WAYS TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN CUSTOMERS IN THE MARKET OF FUR PRODUCTS
Abstract
Effective interaction with the consumer is one of the key conditions for a successful business. It is especially important to build relationships with customers during the period of falling business activity and struggle for the consumer, which many organizations face during the pandemic. For companies that sell fur products, the current market situation is not very favorable. In this paper, we study the activities of attracting and retaining customers of the fur products store chains "Elena Furs", "Snow Queen", "Kalyaev", assess the intensity of their use of various methods of attracting and retaining customers and make recommendations for the development of further research in this area.
