Abstract

Today, in the era of modern technologies and the widespread development of the IT industry, companies in this industry face the question: how to increase the efficiency of current employees, how to attract new specialists and how to retain them. The main problem is the choice of a suitable motivation system, taking into account the distinctive features of industry employees and the peculiarities of their activities. This article examines the unique approach and employee motivation system of Facebook Inc, which can be called the leader in the ranking for employee satisfaction. Facebook actively uses the motivation methods that can cover, to one degree or another, almost all the needs and desires of employees. The company policy is to trust its employees and focus primarily on the results. In general, FacebookInc's motivation system is unique, although it is aimed at meeting well-known needs. The conclusion is, according to surveys, that most of the employees, despite their personality type, are loyal to the company and are not going to leave it if there is a similar offer from a competing company. FacebookInc has managed to build the motivation system that will not only attract new employees, but also retain those who are already the part of the team.
