BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OF ITS ECOSYSTEM

Abstract

The article discusses the possibility of transforming business processes into an ecosystem. For an effective organization of economic activity, a business must understand not only risks and external threats, but also imagine how to build an activity taking into account all interested parties, including the state. An analysis of the experience of large Russian companies shows that business is ready for these changes, as well as public demand for such solutions. The result is the identification of effective ways to develop ecosystems, as well as an analysis of the areas of application of ecosystems and enterprises that can create them.
