Abstract

March 14, 2021 is the centenary since the adoption of the New Economic Policy (NEP). The implementation of the NEP allowed to obtain grandiose effects. Since national projects now also have guidelines for exceptional results, it is of great interest to compare the conditions and tools for the implementation of NEP in the early twentieth and early twenty-first centuries.
