ANALYSIS OF THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF STATE SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGIES IN RUSSIA

Abstract

Innovative transport technologies are one of the most rapidly developing areas of the global economy. Despite the large reserves of hydrocarbons in the Russian Federation, one cannot ignore the growing trend in the production of electric vehicles. However, in Russia, the intensity of the development of these technologies is reduced in comparison with global indicators. Thus, the further development of innovative motor transport technologies will be significantly hampered without measures of their state support. The purpose of this work is to analyze the main directions of state support for innovative transport technologies in Russia. The article analyzes the current state of the electric transport infrastructure in Russia. To intensify the development of the electric transport infrastructure, it is planned to solve the following tasks: development of the production of electric vehicles, building up technological competencies in this area, stimulating demand, creating engineering and transport infrastructure, removing regulatory barriers. Seven main directions of state support for environmentally friendly transport infrastructure are identified, an analysis of the main directions of state support for innovative transport technologies in Russia is given, and the indicators of the effectiveness of state support are given.
