Abstract

In today's world, the trend of healthy eating is gaining popularity. Since healthy eating is a healthy life, the issue of consumption, over the past few years, is perceived by people at a different level and ceases to depend on financial indicators and preferences. In the world, there is a demand for quality and healthy products, which is - organic products. Organic products market is the most developing and promising in the agricultural sector. However, in the Russian Federation, the market is developing chaotically. The purpose of this work is to identify and describe the dynamics of the development of organic markets in many countries, a comparative analysis of the regulatory framework, as well as proposals for the development of the industry in the Russian Federation.
