ANALYSIS OF RESEARCH TRENDS IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Quality management is an applied science that is constantly undergoing various changes due to economic instability, political conditions, and most importantly, rapidly changing market needs. The purpose of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of journal articles in the field of quality management for compliance with global research trends, as well as to highlight established and emerging trends in the field of quality management in foreign and domestic scientific literature. Content analysis and bibliographic analysis were used as research methods. The conducted bibliometric analysis of the articles of the journals of the publishing house "Standards and Quality" for compliance with global trends in research in the field of quality management showed 3 decreasing trends, 2 emerging trends and 18 long-term trends.
