Abstract

Paper contains an estimation of dynamics and value of transboundary electronic trade of Russia and China. In addition, authors formalized and described operating models of business-activity for the largest Chinese electronic trading platforms. Based on the results of the analysis, offers on possibility of realization of experience of the Chinese companies for the Russian market of electronic trade were formulated.
