FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM STAFF MOTIVATION IN THE TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
Abstract
Motivation of staff in the hospitality industry is an important factor of successful activity. Customer satisfaction largely depends on the efficiency of the staff. The article offers a classification of existing theories and practices of motivation and analyzes the features of the staff motivation system in the hospitality industry. Both general theories of motivation and specialized studies on motivation are considered. It is noted that it is important to take into account the possibilities of a tourist enterprise and the justification of incentive methods in each case.
