Abstract

The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the growth of competitive pressure on transport enterprises in an open economy, the complexity of logistics supply chains and the technical transformation of the main business processes of transport enterprises. Under these conditions, marketing tools can play a significant role in increasing the awareness of a commercial organization and, as a result, maintaining and increasing its clientele and market share.
