SELF-MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN BUSINESS CAREER MANAGEMENT
Abstract
In today's dynamic environment, competent management of the business career of employees in an enterprise can increase labor productivity, reduce staff turnover and increase the company's human capital. Career management methods used in the industrial age are not suitable for today's dynamic enterprises in the Republic of Armenia, and European, American and Russian methods need to be adapted to local conditions. The purpose of this study is to study the ways and methods of career management in their interaction with modern trends in the development of organizational teams and to explore these problems on the basis of specific empirical material of various enterprises and organizations operating in the new economic conditions, which are characterized by instability and an increased level of risk.
