MODERN APPROACHES TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOURIST BASE INFRASTRUCTURE
Abstract
The presented article continues the cycle of thematic publications previously prepared by the author on the organization of quality management of services in the field of hospitality and catering. Described "Soviet" and modern experience in organizing tourist bases. The classification and characteristics of such objects of tourist infrastructure are given. As a good example of organizing such facilities, the departmental fund of tourist bases of the Ministry of Defense of the former USSR was considered. The presented material may be of interest to practical workers in the service sector, as well as to those readers who are interested in the functioning of sports tourism facilities, ensuring high quality service in hotels.
