THE ROLE OF THE ACTIVITIES OF SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article discusses the role and significance of the activities of scientific organizations for economic growth and progress in the socio-economic sphere of Russia. The state programs implemented in 2025-2030 should ensure the balanced development of the activities of scientific organizations and strengthen the link between fundamental science and the implementation of the results of scientific activities in the industry sector. Comparative data for the period 2017-2025 on state funding of scientific activities in Russia are presented, the positive dynamics that should be maintained throughout 2026-2030 are emphasized organization-university-business. The author concludes about the effectiveness and possible achievement of the indicators of the state program in the context of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation with optimal mechanisms for its implementation by all participants involved.
