Abstract

The article presents an econometric analysis of the process of introducing a customer-centric approach in the activities of the Federal Service for Alcohol and Tobacco Market Control. A study has been conducted on the impact of organizational changes on the efficiency of the service and the willingness of market participants – applicants for public services to receive them completely electronically.
