THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON THE FUNCTIONING OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of changes in the management systems of enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. The described results of an online survey conducted by CQI and Qualsys, which was completed by more than 250 qualified professionals in the field of quality management. The survey results show that two-thirds of organizations have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by changing their policies and procedures. Half have begun to practice remote audits or have effectively circulated information about the company's plans to respond to the coronavirus. 31% have tightened rules in the field of information security.
