OVERVIEW OF MANAGEMENT AUTOMATION SOFTWARE

Abstract

The main directions of automation of management systems (ERP-systems, CRM-systems, EDMS, CAD \ CAM-systems, BPM-systems, CASE-tools, OLAP-systems and planning systems) are highlighted, the functionality and interface of various software tools are studied in the field of management systems automation: RBS360, HubSpot, Bitrix 24, A2B, Docvision, CA ERWin Process Modeler, 3D Builder, Business Studio, HighPer. The software has been correlated with the elements of management systems that they can automate. Highlighted comparison criteria (price (paid / free / additional modules); ease of use (interface); number of automated elements of quality system; customization (individualization) of program functionality); a comparative analysis of software tools in the field of automation of management systems was carried out, which showed that it is impossible to automate the fulfillment of all quality systems requirements at the expense of one system, each organization can choose the software that is suitable for it, depending on its goals.
