ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Abstract
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on management systems (MS) in various organizations was studied. An analysis of the functioning of the work of certification bodies and national standardization bodies was carried out, and it was revealed that the transfer of employees to a remote mode of work was carried out. However, some companies still continued to operate in offices, but with a limited number of employees. Measures have been taken to disinfect work areas and use of individual protection means. Three certification bodies have a system for alerting workers about the epidemiological situation. A survey was conducted among experts on the quality of organizations in the Krasnodar Territory in order to identify "bottlenecks" in the SM. Most of the companies sent workers to work remotely. Most of the changes were made in a change in communication with employees, a risk-oriented approach to organizing changes, a policy of interaction with suppliers, as a result of which one of the companies will renegotiate the terms of the contract or look for new suppliers. In order to avoid a greater spread of the coronavirus, some companies have organized a pass system to work premises.
